Many customers have had excellent experiences with Henderson Towing, praising their professionalism, friendly drivers, and efficient services. Author Kevin Thompson's son was stranded with a flat tire on the freeway, and the company went above and beyond to get him to safety and back on the road promptly. Similarly, author Michele Burrell was impressed with the dispatch team's politeness and efficiency, as well as the driver's patience and professionalism.
Other customers have also had positive experiences, including authors Sheldon Canucklehead Carroll, Lakecia Loudd, Dorian Harris, Kina Barry, and T. Appling-Walker. They appreciated the company's prompt response, courteous drivers, and reasonable prices.
Disappointing Experiences
Unfortunately, not all customers have had positive experiences with Henderson Towing. Author Kina Barry had a horrible experience with customer service, stating that the company failed to provide a tow truck promptly and treated her rudely. The company's office manager, Ms. Tara, allegedly hung up on her when asked to speak to someone with better customer service skills. Barry went on to say that the experience wasted a whole day and that she would never use the company again.
Another customer, Rayna Reid Anyar Dier, was disappointed with the company's towing rates and estimated wait times. After phoning the company to request a tow, she was given a rate of $250 and told that someone would be there within an hour. However, the truck never arrived, and after multiple phone calls, they cancelled the service altogether.
