With the permission of property owners or management, we monitor parking lots and identify vehicles that are in violation of parking regulations, such as those with expired plates or parked in handicapped spots, fire lanes, or other unauthorized areas. We provide parking signs and alert property owners or management about parking violations, all at no cost to them.
If a vehicle is found to be in violation of parking regulations, we will tow it to our private storage facility. We will then contact the local city police department to report the vehicle, so that the owner can be notified and the vehicle can be recovered. We will also check to ensure that the vehicle is not stolen.
