Wrecks and Impounds

If you are involved in a wreck or have a vehicle that needs to be impounded, our team is here to help. We understand that these situations can be stressful and overwhelming, which is why we are committed to providing compassionate and professional service.

If you are involved in a wreck, you can come by our office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to make sure we have all the correct documentation from your Insurance Company to start the process on your vehicle. If you have Full Coverage, Comprehensive, and Collision coverage, please bring the following:

1. License

2. Proof of your Insurance Coverage (Insurance Card)

3. Proof of Ownership of the vehicle in question

4. Name and number to the Agent handling your claim

5. Claim Number

Once we have received the required documentation, we will make copies to put with your Invoice and provide you with a Property Release Form to fill out to obtain the Personal Property from your vehicle.

If your vehicle has a HOLD on it by the Law Officers in said jurisdiction, please contact them for further instructions before coming to our office.
