Disappointing Experience with Tow Truck Company
The reviews reveal a concerning situation with a tow truck company in Rancho Bernardo. The customer, Kyle T., had a frustrating experience with their car not starting, which led him to call the company for help.
Initial Issues
Kyle's car would not start, and despite buying jumper cables, he was unable to get it to start again. As a last resort, he had to call a tow truck company to assist him. The driver quoted him $135 to tow his car from Rancho Bernardo to Poway, but things took a turn for the worse from there.
Unprofessional Behavior
The driver was able to jump Kyle's car, but then informed him that he would still charge him the full $135 regardless of whether he received a tow or not. When asked if Kyle had cash, the driver revealed that his card scanner was not working and asked Kyle to run to the bank to withdraw the money. Kyle refused due to having a newborn with him, which already made the situation difficult.
No Satisfaction
The experience left Kyle feeling dissatisfied and underserved. The tow truck company's unprofessional behavior, including trying to get Kyle to find an alternate method of payment, is unacceptable.
